The application process will be accomplished on line and will consist of the following:
Applications and Virtual In-Box (75% Weight): Virtual In-Basket exercise is evaluated by a review panel. Assesses all above competencies.
Evaluation of Leadership Potential (25% Weight): Each applicant will submit e-mail addresses for
his/her supervisor and one customer or peer. Each applicant will be asked to complete
a self potential evaluation and the supervisor and customer or peer will be
asked to complete a Leadership Potential Evaluation on-line for the applicant.
PHASE 2:
Executive Interview (Council): The highest-ranking candidates from Phase 1 will be interviewed and finalists selected.
PHASE 3:
Finalists will be routed through the Leadership Development Academy Executive Council (Office Heads) for concurrence.
PHASE 4:
Notification: The Peace Corps Director will notify successful candidates through agency wide e-mail.
